•   Informs that all applicants studying at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences must register in the system of foreign students (SAORG).
•   (Uploading the standard resume in the mentioned system is mandatory)

After registering in the system, the applicant will receive a tracking code, which he must send to the Consular Office of International Affairs.

1-SAORG registration:

1-1 The student is required to register before sending documents for admission.

1-2 Email address to send SAORG code to receive an education without hindrance: intl.consular@sbmu.ac.ir

1-3 Follow-up by contacting the mentioned department or contacting via email to inform about obtaining education without obstacles.

2-Study visa:

After making sure that the education is obtained without hindrance, the application for obtaining a study visa should be sent to the email address of the office with the following documents.

- Scan the first page of the passport in JPG format with a size of 800*600.

- Scan the question photo in JPG format with a size of 400*600

Completing the visa form in Word format - 

• The process of issuing a visa takes a maximum of 20 days after the accepted security code becomes unobstructed.

The student is required to visit Iran after confirming his visa at the embassy or one of the consulates of Iran and apply for a residence permit within 48 hours after entering the consular office.
