Departure and return:

     During each one-year stay, students can apply four times for exit and return permission.

  required documents:

1- Obtaining receipts to obtain exit and return visas (applying to the Organization of Academic Affairs located in Ferdowsi Square, Mousavi Street)

2- Education unit and financial unit approval form (form link)

3- Academic residency scan

Description:

* All the mentioned documents must be scanned and presented to the consular office in the form of a CD or flash memory.

* In case of need to obtain necessary exit and return in special cases:

- Death of relatives: by submitting a death certificate that has been approved by the embassy of the applicant's country in Iran, go to the consular office along with the documents of departure and return.

- In case of illness: by presenting the documentation of the student's illness, which shows the necessity of the student's emergency departure from the country (documents are sent to obtain the approval of the accredited doctor of the university), go to the consular office along with the necessary documents to obtain an exit visa.
